GeckoFest 2024 in Gulfport, Florida, was a vibrant and lively celebration, marking the 24th edition of this beloved local event. Held on September 1, 2024, the festival featured the usual mix of eclectic entertainment, local art, and community spirit, all centered around the festival’s playful mascot, the gecko.
This year’s event was particularly memorable, as it featured a special musical performance lineup. The festival kicked off with a set by "The Sandy Bottom Boys," a local band known for their laid-back, beachy vibe and rock-reggae style. Their performance set the tone for the day, drawing in crowds with their catchy tunes and relaxed energy.
